Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Most of our products carry a manufacturer warranty. If the product is damaged, we recommend contacting them for a warranty claim.
In the event that a product has been damaged in the first 30 days due to product defect, you may return it for a full refund.
For all other claims, a restocking fee may apply.
The restocking fee varies by manufacturer and is usually around 15% if the product is still new in the box. If the product has been used, the fee may be higher. In order to have competitive prices on our site, we simply pass along any deductions that the manufacturer places on us. No more and no less.
Our shipping costs are also deducted from your refund.
You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization number before sending a product in for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
